League roulette: your random champion picker

LeagueRandom is a free LoL random champion picker for those games when you cannot decide who to play. Choose a role, customize your champion pool and open the hextech orb. Every eligible champion has an equal chance. No account, download or registration is required.

How to pick a random champ

  1. Choose All, Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC or Support.
  2. Click champion portraits to include or exclude them from your pool.
  3. Enable Avoid repeats to get a different champion with each draw during this page session.
  4. Press Pick a champion and open the orb to reveal your result.

You can turn off the hextech animation for an instant pick, adjust the sound or press Space when you are not typing or focusing a button.

Equal odds for every champion

Each eligible champion has a 1 in N chance, where N is the number of champions left in your pool. With 20 eligible champions, each has a 5% chance. The animation does not affect the result. There are no tiers or performance weights.

Role buttons filter both the pool and the draw. Search only filters visible portraits; excluding a champion removes them from the draw. Exclusions and sound preferences are saved in this browser.

This version uses the patch 26.10 roster of 172 champions. Roles are editorial groupings based on usual play. They do not update automatically and are not a live meta ranking.

A LoL champion roulette for your next challenge

Use League roulette to try a new role, explore champions you already own or agree on a random-pick challenge with friends. Build a custom pool, remove champions you do not want to play and avoid repeated picks. Top, jungle, mid, ADC and support filters help you keep the draw relevant to your next game.

Whether you call it a random champ picker, LoL roulette or a League of Legends champion randomizer, the idea is the same: pick fairly from your chosen pool and let chance decide. The result appears in a hextech orb rather than on a spinning wheel.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a League of Legends roulette?

Yes. It randomly chooses a champion from your selected pool. The result is revealed through an orb animation instead of a spinning roulette wheel.

Can I pick a random champion for one role?

Yes. Select Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC or Support to limit the draw to that role. All includes every role while keeping your exclusions.

Do S-tier champions have better odds?

No. Every eligible champion has exactly the same chance. There are no tiers, rarity levels or win-rate weights.

How can I include champions that were already picked?

Open Picker settings in the sidebar and press Reset previously picked champions. You can also turn off Avoid repeats.

Can I use this for a challenge with friends?

Yes. Agree on a role or pool and use the result for your next game. Each browser keeps its own pool and history. Shared rooms and synchronized results are not available.

Is LeagueRandom an official Riot Games tool?

No. It is an independent fan project, does not connect to your LoL account and does not award in-game content. Riot Games does not sponsor or endorse it.

About the champion randomizer

LeagueRandom randomly picks a champion from your pool. Hextech crafting is the visual presentation. This version includes all 172 champions from patch 26.10. You can filter by role and exclude champions.

Every eligible champion has exactly the same chance: one divided by the number available. There are no tiers, rarity levels or performance weights. Animation and sound do not affect the result. Sound preferences and exclusions are saved in this browser.

With Avoid repeats enabled, each revealed champion is removed from subsequent draws during this page session. Reset previously picked champions restores them. Search filters visible portraits only.

The roster comes from Riot Data Dragon 16.10.1, corresponding to patch 26.10 from May 2026. Roles are editorial groupings by usual play and do not update automatically. This tool does not award in-game items.
